Gstaad New Year Music Festival

This program offers a dialogue between cultures, between Africa and Europe, between oral tradition and classical music.
Through African melodies, spirituals and opera excerpts, two young lyrical voices from the African operatic scene, accompanied by a pianist in resonance with his Afro-descendant heritage, embody the mixing of emotions and stories: those of peoples, voices and souls.
It is a tribute to the power of song as a universal link, between roots and momentum, memory and creation.
